Fantastic Hotel Experience!
excellent selection tennis court charming design
The resort features two AMAZING pools and a tennis court. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, and the staff were wonderful. I found the Balinese design in the rooms charming. It offers character, not just a modern style.
I noticed a sizeable gap in the doors that led to the balcony, which could allow some noise into the rooms.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I was greeted with smiles every morning, and it. This GREAT service ensured a relaxing visit.

The resort had two pools, one with a swim-up bar, both beautifully maintained and ready . I used the tennis court and gym. The fitness facilities provide adequate options for different workouts. There's also a water filler near the lifts.

convenient access diligent housekeeping outdated equipment bathroom size
The location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff was always available and eager to help with any requests. Our room was consistently clean because of the diligent housekeeping service. Breakfast had many options I found quite satisfying..
The gym equipment was quite outdated. SOME machines were not functional. The noise from the hallway sometimes disrupted the peace in our room. I could hear loud talking at times. This made it difficult to relax fully. The bathroom size was a bit SMALL for my preference.

fantastic resort stay
friendly staff clean room super food
i had a wonderful holiday and i was very impressed. the staff were kind and friendly always ready to help with anything. the room was very clean the food was super and i hope to return.
the noise was quite loud because the doors to the balcony had a gap in them.

the breakfast offered a great variety of choices with good quality. the pool bar was sensational plus it offered super friendly service. dining options were easily accessible with a good choice nearby.

the resort includes a well maintained facade plus great facilities. i found a pool bar sun loungers deck chairs as well as an inhouse restaurant with chessboards. there is also a spa gym mini library and pool table available.

charmed BY THE service!
pool accessibility enormous bed friendly staff
i was thrilled by the accessibility from our room DIRECTLY to the pool. i enjoyed the HUGE bed and the respect shown by other guests. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety Each morning and was enjoyable. the staff was friendly and helpful too.
the gym equipment Looked a little dated, and some machines needed maintenance. this minor issue didnt drastically impact my experience, but addressing it would enhance the overall impression.

a mixed experience
poor insulation rainfall showerhead
the hotel location was convenient, close to the beach and various restaurants.
The room i stayed in lacked proper sound insulation. I could easily hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. the sliding door also did not seal well, allowing noise from the pool area to disturb my rest. furthermore, the shower only had a rainfall showerhead, this made it hard to adjust the water temperature before stepping in.
